Cornell's ILR School provides excellent preparation for careers and graduate degrees in business, law, politics, social justice and public policy. ILR's interdisciplinary program uses fields such as management, law, psychology, economics and history to examine how individuals and organizations work, how they fit into the larger society, and how they influence and can succeed in a global economy.
