ILR Transfer Day Information
ILR is offering three Transfer Days to visit and learn more about our curriculum, career services,
and the transfer admissions process (November 4, 5, and 6). On the day you visit, you will have an
opportunity to attend a transfer information session, go on a campus tour, have lunch with current
ILR transfer students, and speak with a financial aid counselor. Those who visit on November 4 and 5
will also have an opportunity to experience ILR courses.
Below you will find the various class and program opportunities for each day. Please complete the main registration form, and select which day you'll visit.
You do not need to notify us ahead of time as
to what time you will arrive or which specific events you will attend. Once you arrive on campus for
Transfer Day, you may attend the classes and events you choose based on your specific interests and what
you would like to get out of your visit.
If you would like to complete your required transfer interview during your visit, please contact us at 607-255-2222.
The interview will be conducted by a member of the Admissions Selection Committee and will last approximately 15-20 minutes.

ILR Transfer Day Schedules
The schedules for the three days are at the end of this page. They differ slightly each day. Everyone should plan to attend the Transfer Information Session, which will cover information on the
transfer admissions process, the ILR curriculum, career and student services, and financial aid. If you would like additional information on
financial aid at Cornell, beyond what is covered during the information session, counselors will be available to speak with you during financial
aid walk-in hours each day. We also encourage all prospective students to join current transfer students for lunch.
If you would like to experience ILR courses, please arrive at the classrooms designated below at least 5 minutes before class begins, and
please plan to stay for the entire class. You may want to schedule your visit for a day when you can attend the classes that best fit your
interests. To help you with this decision, we encourage you to review the
course descriptions for the classes listed below. You may also want to look over the course descriptions of other ILR classes to get a
comprehensive understanding of the broad range of topics explored in our school.
In addition to the classes and events listed, campus tours are available at 9:00, 1:00, and 3:00 each day. They leave from Day Hall, and 75
minutes long. You don't need to sign up in advance for the tours.
When you arrive, please come first to the ILR Undergraduate Admissions Office in 216 Ives Hall to sign in and pick up a transfer folder.
